John Snow (Andover #4) was disqualified in the 68th minute for receiving a second caution in the same match. Mr. Snow was first cautioned in the 15th minute for encroachment. Mr. Snow was then cautioned in the 68th minute for unsporting behavior.
Jesus Mejia (Andover #1) was disqualified and shown the red card in the 25th minute for serious foul play. Mr. Mejia tackled a Westchester forward headed to goal in the penalty area with no other defenders between the forward and the goal resulting in Mr. Mejia denying an obvious goal scoring opportunity.
Coach John Doe for Andover High School was disqualified at the 57th minute for using insulting language towards the game officials. Coach Doe asked repeatedly, "How much is the other team paying you cheating referees to call all the fouls against my team?" Coach Doe was shown a red card and asked to leave the vicinity.
Jack Nicholson was asked to leave the vicinity of play at the 55th minute for standing behind the goal and yelling obscene comments at the Andover Goalkeeper. Mr. Nicholson was calling the Goalkeeper "Quasimodo" and "Hunchback" whenever she got near the ball. The Westchester Administrator escorted Mr. Nicholson from the stadium.
The home team was not able to supply ball handlers for this match.

The ball handlers identified for the match were not available during the final 20 minutes of the match. At the 60th minute, ball handlers supplied by the home team were no longer present.
Andover Men's Varsity wore dark colored uniforms as the home team.

Ms. Jane Smith (Andover #14) suffered a major injury to her lower body at the 12th minute. The team trainer attended Ms. Smith and she was transported from the stadium by EMS.
The match balls presented did not have the required "NFHS Authenticating Mark" per Rule 2.2.5. Both teams were asked for replacement match balls, but no balls had the required markings. A set of balls were selected that were safe and mat the other criteria of Rule and the game was played.
